About Pretura EMS

Pretura EMS is the field companion to the Pretura Horizon emergency-care platform. It lets credentialed paramedics and EMTs transmit patient demographics, vitals, ECG findings, and transport ETA to the receiving emergency department before arrival.

Pretura EMS is a professional (B2B) clinical tool. It is not a consumer medical app and does not provide medical advice.

Getting Access

Accounts are provisioned by your EMS agency or hospital partner through Pretura Health. If you do not have login credentials:

Contact your agency or hospital administrator, or
Email contactus@preturahealth.com with your agency name and role.

Common Questions

I can't sign in. Verify your username and password with your administrator. If your account uses two-factor authentication, ensure your authenticator app's clock is synced.
My transmission didn't send. Pretura EMS is offline-first: transmissions queue automatically and send when signal returns. Check the queue indicator on the main screen.
Location or camera isn't working. Check that Pretura EMS has Location and Camera permissions in your device's Settings.
How do I report a bug or request a feature? Email contactus@preturahealth.com with your app version (shown in Settings) and device model.
